Russobit-M released the first information on Phase: Exodus, which is currently in development at Horns & Hoofs. The third-person strategy and role-playing game will take place in the year 2062--some 48 years after civilization as we know it was destroyed as a result of a minute change in the earth's orbit.

Set in Western Syberia, the game will be quest- and combat-based and will feature four playable characters, each with different abilities. Players will gain access to more than 150 weapons as they progress through the game but will be encouraged to employ stealth techniques and tactics as well as firepower. Interaction with nonplayer characters will play an important role in the game, as they can be enlisted by the player to form troops.

In addition to the single-player game, Phase: Exodus will feature multiplayer support, although no specific details have been released at this time. We'll bring you more information on Phase: Exodus as soon as it becomes available.
