Following the first teaser in January, Netflix today released the first full-length trailer for Adam Sandler's next movie, Sandy Wexler. He plays a Los Angeles talent manager in the 1990s who represents "eccentric clients on the fringes of show business."

The official plot synopsis says he falls in love with a client, Courtney Clarke (Jennifer Hudson). This relationship challenges "his single-minded devotion" to his career. Check out the trailer below.

Lots of famous people show up in this new trailer, including Henry Winkler, Chris Rock, Dana Carvey, David Spade, Richard Lewis, Judd Apatow, Conan O'Brien, and Darius Rucker of Hootie and the Blowfish.

Netflix also released a silly, fake note from Wexler about the trailer; it is printed in full below.

Sandy Wexler premieres on Netflix on April 14. It also stars Kevin James (King of Queens), Terry Crews (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Lamorne Morris (New Girl), Nick Swardson (Grandma's Boy), Rob Schneider (50 First Dates), and Carl Weathers (Predator). It was directed by Steve Brill, who also directed Sandler's last Netflix movie, The Do-Over, as well as other Sandler films such as Mr. Deeds and Little Nicky.

In 2014, Sandler signed a four-movie deal with Netflix. The first two, The Ridiculous Six and The Do-Over, premiered in 2016. The Ridiculous Six was reportedly a huge hit, picking up more views during its first 30 days than any other Netflix movie ever. The fourth Sandler movie has not been announced.

FROM THE DESK OF SANDY WEXLER

"Dear Esteemed Hollywood Colleagues,

My name is Sandy Wexler. Most of you know me as the Founder, Chairman, Head Manager, and Chief Talent Scout for Wexler Artists which has been home to a stable of superstars, mega stars, and up-and-coming future stars in every branch of the show business tree for the last thirty years. Due to the lasting strength, success, and commerciability of the aforementioned stable of legends that I have had the pleasure of representing, a company called Netflix has decided to do a movie based on my life as it has been lived up to this point in time.

In the preview trailer that is being released and seen worldwide around the globe today you will get a glimpse behind the curtain of the magical world that everyone calls show business. The part of myself, Sandy Wexler, will be played by Adam Sandler. You will see me put together a grassroots publicity strategy that helped make Courtney Clark (Played beautifully by Academy Award and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson) the biggest superstar in the galaxy. You will watch me negotiate the cut throat world of children's television, you will experience the high flying terror and thrills of daredevil trapezing and you will feel the joy of getting someone a call back for a commercial audition.

If you have any inquiries about this or any other project that I am currently involved in please feel free to contact me at my office, on my cellular device, by fax, or you can beep me.

Gratefully Sincere,

Mr. Sandy Wexler

Wexler Artists"
