THQ has informed GameSpot that Evil Dead: Hail to the King for the Sega Dreamcast, which was originally slated to ship this month, will now be available in mid-December. The game puts the player in the role of Bruce Campbell's Ash character in a survival-horror gameplay setting. The game, developed by Heavy Iron Studios, will also be released for the Sony PlayStation in December.

On a related note, THQ has confirmed that Aidyn Chronicles, the Nintendo 64 RPG, will be released in March 2001.
