EA releases new Battle for Middle-earth trailer

Double-click the video window for a full-screen view. Electronic Arts has released the third trailer for its upcoming real-time strategy game, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth. Running two minutes and 22 seconds, the trailer shows how battles from the Tolkien-trilogy-inspired films will be played out in the game. The mass clash featured in the trailer is the battle of Pelennor Fields, when Sauron's orc and troll army storms Minas Tirith with catapult artillery and Nazgul air support. The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth is due out for PCs sometime later this year.
