Infogrames' upcoming MXRider for the PS2 is a fully licensed motocross racing simulation. The game will feature 60 actual Motocross World Championship riders, 16 tracks based upon real-life FIM courses, and it aims to combine a variety of motocross, supercross, and freestyle competitions into a single, complete motocross experience.

Developed by Paradigm Entertainment, MXRider will give you a true-to-life riding sensation thanks to realistic modeling of bike behavior and an interactive, living race environment. Your bike's weight and aerodynamics will play a major role in your success during a race, while a number of minute course variables, such as terrain wear and wind lend a sense of unpredictability to the competition.

MXRider will offer race, challenge, freestyle, two-player, versus, and career mode competitions, as well as in-game features such as team sponsorship and team management. Graphics fanatics will groove to such niceties as human-modeled riders, dynamic tracks, team sponsor logos, and fully animated interactive crowds.

The game is nearing completion, so we expect to have more on MXRider from this year's E3 in LA.
