There's a ton of Dreamcast info streaming in from Japan, but the latest news comes directly from Sega of America. Sega has signed on Accolade, Capcom (US division), Hasbro Interactive, Konami (US), Mindscape, Take 2, and THQ.

They join the already announced group consisting of Acclaim, GT Interactive, Interplay, MicroProse, and Midway. The press release stated that all 12 of the developers are working on Dreamcast software "in the genres they know best." Is it just me, or does that sound funny to you too? Still, that implies that the most successful franchise titles from these companies will be represented, like Blitz, Test Drive, Duke, Turok, etc. We'll have to keep our eyes and ears open to see exactly what will come of this news.
