A federal appellate court upholds a previous ruling that video game companies couldn't be held liable for 1997 shooting.

On Tuesday, a federal appellate court upheld a previous lower court ruling that Midway and several other video game companies couldn't be held liable for a shooting that occurred at a Kentucky high school in 1997. According to Reuters, Midway's attorneys said that Kentucky law supplied sufficient grounds for dismissing the suit in the district court.
