Crave Takes Another Stab at RPGs

Swords of Vengeance to show on Dreamcast by the end of the year.

Comments

Crave Entertainment just announced that it will publish the RPG, Swords of Vengeance, for the Sega Dreamcast. The game is being developed by Treyarch, the company responsible for the PC action game Die by the Sword, and will place you in the role of either an as-of-yet-unnamed male knight or female warrior on a mission to pick up the defective pieces of humanity.

Born of a certain brand of nobility, as either character, you will represent what's known as Dragonsbane, as a force that maintains all that's good and powerful, in terms of ancient, secret skills in weaponry and artful battle. Your demon? The Dragon Lord. This dark entity combines the grueling forces of nature from the pits of swamps to the tops of mountains—and this is what you'll have to contend with through 15 levels and a cache of about 30 enemies.

Swords of Vengeance is scheduled to be released by the end of the year. Take a look at the early screenshots, and check back for more details soon.
