Trying to replace Braxton
Trying to replace Braxton "swag" Pierce, seen on the far right, has proven difficult for the compLexity CS:GO team.

Despite several great outings both internationally and domestically the compLexity CS:GO team has struggled to determine a suitable fifth player for the otherwise stable squad. After the unexpected departure of Braxton "swag" Pierce from the team following a good finish at EMS Katowice the team picked up Todd "Anger" Williams, but after just a few months together with the ex-CS:S rifler the team has opted to part ways with him.

The move comes despite a great finish at the ESEA S16 LAN finals where compLexity finished second among a playing field including Titan, NiP and Virtus.pro, losing just to their fellow North American rivals iBUYPOWER, who coincidentally are also Braxton "swag" Pierce's new team.

As a replacement for Anger the team has added two potential members to their ESEA roster. Although nothing is officially confirmed or denied the two likely replacements for Anger are either Derek "DboorN" Boorn, a long standing ex-Evil Geniuses 1.6 player and teammate of Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert, or Mike "Shroud" Grzesiek, who has been a serious up-and-comer in CS:GO while playing for teams such as OpenEqualFree and Exertus in the American scene.

As of yet the only official comments made are regarding Anger's release, who will replace him remains speculative for lack of official confirmation.

A statement on the compLexity website read:

Today we are announcing a change to our Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster. The squad has decided to release Todd "Anger" Williams.

We'd like to thank Todd for his hard work, dedication and contributions to the team and wish him the very best in the future.

The replacement for Anger is currently undecided at this time but will be announced in the near future.
