Call of Duty's Crazy Zombie Scientist Might Call You if You Support This Charity

Activision and charity group Omaze have announced a new incentive for the ongoing Call of Duty: Black Ops III charity campaign that supports the Call of Duty Endowment veterans' fund.

If $5,000 is raised in the next 48 hours, voice actor Nolan North will call five supporters at random and personally thank them--in the voice of the sadistic German scientist Dr. Richtofen from the Zombies mode.

Dr. Richtofen potentially calling you is just one of the incentives behind the new Call of Duty charity campaign, which was originally announced during Comic-Con earlier this month.

Everyone who donates to the campaign will have their name entered into a drawing for a chance to become a virtual zombie in Black Ops III. The winner will get to fly to Treyarch's offices in California and have lunch with studio head Mark Lamia and other members of the team. They'll also get a tour of the studio, and their name will be featured in a Zombies level.

You can donate to the Call of Duty charity via Omaze here. Some of the other donation rewards include in-game calling cards, t-shirts, and even a Juggernog mini-fridge signed by Treyarch developers.

The Call of Duty Endowment is a nonprofit charity organization that helps military veterans find jobs after leaving the service. It was established by Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick in 2009 and has already paid out millions to help veterans find work.
