Call of Duty: Ghosts Xbox One and PlayStation 4 double XP weekend confirmed
Next-gen versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts to get their own double XP weekend later this month.
Activision and Infinity Ward have confirmed that a double XP weekend exclusively for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts will take place later this month.
Double the experience points will be switched on for PS4 and Xbox One at 10:00 PST/18:00 GMT on Friday, November 29, and will run until 10:00PST/18:00 on Monday, December 2.
A double XP weekend for the current-gen and PC versions of the game took place last weekend.
Last week Activision announced that it has sold $1 billion worth of Call of Duty: Ghosts stock to retailers. The exact amount of copies purchased by customers is yet to be revealed.
The PlayStation 4 version of the game managed to outsell both the PC and Wii U versions in the UK, despite the hardware not being available until November 29.
