Tri Synergy has today announced that Bandits: Phoenix Rising has shipped to stores in North America. The game, which was developed by Grin using an advanced version of the 3D engine from Ballistics, has players driving well-armed Mad Max-style cars as part of a gang known as the Wolfpack.

"Bandits: Phoenix Rising transports gamers back to a world where association with clans and gangs are essential for survival," said Shane Nestler, executive vice president of Tri Synergy. "Players will fight for their clans' victory while engaging in over 22 missions, which include car duels, train robberies, and more."

In addition to its single-player campaign, Bandits: Phoenix Rising will feature multiplayer support for up to eight players in deathmatches and team-based gameplay modes. For more information on Bandits: Phoenix Rising, check out our previous coverage of the game.
