If learning about the game's multiplayer wasn't enough Assassin's Creed Unity news for one day, you'll be pleased to know Ubisoft has also announced details on a collector's edition and preorder bonuses.

Unity's collector's edition doesn't have a huge number of items, but it does seem to contain some nice pieces. The main components are a 16-inch figurine of protagonist Arno standing on top of a gargoyle and a music box that plays a "remixed version" of the theme song from Assassin's Creed Unity. You'll also get a copy of the official soundtrack, an art book, a special collector's edition box, and two in-game missions: Killed by Science and The Chemical Revolution. A price wasn't mentioned, but GameStop's website lists it at $130.

The latter of those bonus missions, The Chemical Revolution, will alternatively be available as a preorder bonus for the regular edition of the game. Its name was leaked recently, but today's announcement explains what it's all about; players are tasked with helping "Lavoisier, the 'Father of Modern Chemistry,' to escape from his kidnappers and recover his poison bomb formula."

The other bonus available for preorderers is access to the online "Guillotine Spin to Win" game. Every Friday up until the game's release, players will be able to win prizes and additional spins to continue trying to win. Prizes include trips to places like Paris, Ubisoft Montreal, and Comic-Con; games; apparel; and home entertainment systems.

If buying the collector's edition isn't enough of a demonstration that you're an Assassin's Creed fan, Ubisoft also announced a life-size replica of one of protagonist Arno's weapons, the Phantom Blade, that can be displayed or worn. Described as a "limited-run" item from McFarlane Toys, it "features a functional hidden blade, retractable crossbow arms, and a soft firing dart." It'll go on sale in limited quantities in "select countries" (in the U.S., it'll cost $60) alongside the game in October.

We got confirmation at E3 today that Assassin's Creed Unity features four-player co-op support, and you can see one of the new trailers from this afternoon's Ubisoft press conference above. The game will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 28.
