Anarchy Online: Alienware Invasion

Funcom and Alienware form a partnership for marketing activities surrounding the launch of Anarchy Online: Alien Invasion later this year.

Funcom and Alienware Corporation today announced that they have agreed to form a strategic partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, Anarchy Online: Alien Invasion will be developed and presented on Alienware PCs, and the retail box for the Anarchy Online expansion pack will sport a "Developed on Alienware" badge.

"Our two companies are highly dedicated towards gamers, and both Funcom and Alienware are considered to have the highest possible quality product," said Trond Arne Aas, CEO and president of Funcom. "To have an Alienware PC is a dream come true for any serious gamer. These sleek systems provide the reliability, speed, and durability we demand when creating and presenting our games."

"Alienware high-performance systems offer the uncompromising power and performance needed to experience Anarchy Online: Alien Invasion at its best," added Kevin Wasielewski, vice president of marketing for Alienware Corporation. "We are proud to be working with Funcom on this exciting new release."

Announced last month, Anarchy Online: Alien Invasion is currently scheduled for release this summer.
