Acclaim Licenses SciTech Drivers
For the PC release of X-Men: Children of the Atom, Acclaim licenses SciTech Display Doctor
Friday, SciTech announced that it has licensed its proprietary SVGA driver technology to Acclaim Entertainment, which will be distributed with its PC title X-Men: Children of the Atom.
The technology, which is based on the SciTech Display Doctor, detects the user's installed SVGA graphics hardware and updates it for the latest industry standards. It provides support for over 250 SVGA graphics chips so that X-Men will run at optimum performance with a number of graphics configurations.
