A New Borderlands Collection Is Apparently On The Way

A new rating from South Africa appears.

A new collection of Borderlands games could be coming soon, according to a new rating. This time, the rating comes from South Africa.

Spotted by Gematsu, the Film and Publication Board of South Africa published its classified list of games for April 2023. It includes a listing of The Borderlands Compilation: Pandora's Box for PC and consoles.

The May 2023 listing is notable because it includes Lego 2K Goooal! The game was leaked last month when the Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea rated it, despite no official announcement yet. Similarly, there also hasn't been an official announcement for this apparent new Borderlands collection.

As for what games the collection could have, the first Borderlands, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel haven't been ported to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S yet. So those seem to be the most likely candidates. After all, Borderlands Legendary Collection launched in 2020 for Nintendo Switch and has those three games.

The most recent games from the Borderlands franchise are Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and New Tales from the Borderlands, which were both released last year.
