007: NightFire demo coming soon

Electronic Arts announces that it will release a single-player demo of its new James Bond action game at the end of the month.

Electronic Arts has today announced that it plans to release a single-player demo of James Bond 007: NightFire on Wednesday, October 30. The demo, which will be available from the official 007 NightFire Web site, will feature the Japanese Estate level, in which Bond must defend an informant named Mayhew from the evil Raphael Drake's henchmen.

James Bond 007: NightFire is a first-person shooter being developed by Gearbox Software. The game is due for release on the PC and all current console platforms in mid-November, around the same time as the premiere of the 20th James Bond movie, Die Another Day.
