First off, i'm just gonna go out and say that i'm not very good at reviews, now that that's out of the way, i'm gonna give it a shot.

Gameplay- The gameplay is pretty shallow, but still very enjoyable and fun. It also has 2 player co-op, which is a plus. I have many good memories of playing this with neighbors.

Graphics- The graphics are pretty good, not much to say about this other than it's your opinion if you think they're any good or not.

Sound-The voices are completely butchered. BUT THATS A GOOD THING! You'll hear such phrases as "Wise Fwum Your Gwave" and "POWAH UP".

Value-To me, this game has very high value. I have memories of playing this game. And plus, it's only like $3, so even if you don't enjoy this game, (WHICH YOU WONT!!!!!) it's only about $3.

Tilt-Overall, just get this game if you have a genesis. GET IT NOW!
