Alien: Isolation

Alien Isolation (AI) is an incredibly good game. The cat and mouse game is super fun... The AI is quite good ... its not black and white and it's definitely not cheating or erratic as some may have suggested... only your mistakes in the game will kill you. you have to pay attention to everything and be cautious... The fear you can feel at the beginning of the game vanishes once you finally focus and understand what to do and what not to do... which after a while gives is a eery, hypnotic and calming experience. The alien is behaving believably and adapting to your actions over time. there are quite a few creative ways to avoid or get rid of enemies.. so each level of this huge space station is like a mini sandbox game where you "sam fisher" your way around. if and when the Alien gets you, you can always say " yes i made a mistake there" ... in my playthrough I died a number of times but it NEVER felt frustrating or random. As a matter of fact i was never killed in the first levels cause i was too scared and going very slow... as I became used to having the presence of the alien in the levels while doing my thing.. I got more and more careless and this is when I got killed. Artistically and atmoshpere-wise the game is perfect. ... Its pretty much like being an actor in the first alien movie. Story is good and very long which is great to enjoy the top notch visuals... definitely a must buy if you love survival/horror games. I only have a few issues with the game... the hand/shooting mechanics could have been improved and the alien's transition between animation could have been polished more also the game could have benefited from more cut scenes.
