Between the jumping and dying there is a sliver of a game
Example: jump on floating plates in a river of lava. plates move away from target. after about a dozen attempt I came close. a little clip, and do it over again.
After about 40 attempts I came close again. It took me 2.5 hours to get it right. moments later the next sequence comes around the corner. No saves, and when you miss a jump you have to do it all over. When you die in a levelboss fight after a difficult jump serie, you must do the whole level again.
That is so annoying that it kills the game. A shame. the game has so much beauty in the graphics and setting.
It could have been a 90 game if half the jumps were cut, a quick save game is introduced, and the combat better balanced.
