You can finish this enjoyable game in a few hours

User Rating: 7.5 | Adventures of Lolo NES
LOLO is a pretty cool game that only takes a few hours to beat. Maybe six or seven. Its complete with a story, but nothing beyond the typical 'stolen princess by the bad guy' theme.

You are lolo, this little blue guy with big white eyes that must enter the dungeon of the evil creature that stole his girlfriend. All lolo can do is push certain objects and sometimes shoot a projectile, depending on what he picked up.

There are 50 levels, and you can skip where you left off if you wrote down the password you are awarded after completing each one.

The boards are never too hard, but the later ones really make you think. Its a great party game if everyone is into that sort of thing.

Some boards require a little bit of timing that shouldnt be to taxing on the reflexes. I mention this because early on the game is pretty calm, so it might surprise someone who doesn't think this would be demanded of them.

My only complaint is that the game is short. The game does leave you wanting more, but as you might as guessed there is not much replay value once you beat it.

If you can get it cheap today and like these games, buy it! But I wouldnt spend more than $5.
