Engaging and different, a game to keep and replay.

When I first played this game, I got right into it and really enjoyed it. The simulation's very close to MMORPG's out there, the character's are all interesting and have their own separate personalities, which really show up through the random comments they decide to say while striding through a moonlit plain (though some are annoying. Piros, I'm looking at you!) The premise for the game is very different to what's been seen before, and this proveds a refreshing change from normal RPG fare. The chracters are all well designed, though it would have been nice to be able to choose your own class. Twin Blade's crap! Anyway, you do get one of each of the classes, though you have to hunt around a bit, and certain times you have to use some of the characters, or others are offline, which encourages you to try them all out. This could be annoying if there was one person you never levelled up, but for the fact that characters level themselves up without using them. The skill system is easy to use, but getting your party to do what you want can be troublesome sometimes. The game is also pretty short (less than 15 hours if you rush) but there's extra things to do and four other parts tothe series to get you interested. In many ways, this is just 1/4 of a game, only to be enjoyed at full when played consecutively. I would recommend this game to anyone who like action or MMORPG's, and wants a game with an engaging storyline and nice gameplay.
