PD partly because in been decades since we've seen a new one and it looks quite interesting and can't wait to give it a whirl. :D

Can't go wrong with Rare IP. I even had a blast with Perfect Dark Zero.

I didn't watch the show. Did Everwild make an appearance?

Nah, Microsoft is still too focussed on Sea of Thieves, their only live service that is making money 😂

Never got into this franchise, what’s the main appeal?

It's like a playable butterfly effect.

I'd say this sort of game, very narrative and choice driven, has only been perfected by Telltale themselves and Life is Strange 1.

Exactly. original Life is strange is what it describe. rather than false marketing game as action game turn out to be movie game.

this is cinematic, graphic adventure game and done right.

Good point, actually. Had I been warned about how much of God of War is a cutscene, I never would've bothered with the game or been annoyed by it.

I have no interest in Life is Strange or to shit on it. God of War though.. **** that crap, lol.

I played GOW 2018 for like half and hour more so. entire game is slow walk walk walk. with some combat that is bad then walk walk walk. its terrible. absolutely terrible.

and it receives 10s across all critics lol.

Because it's a great game. It's meaningful, impactful and the combat is fantastic.

If you want to play God of War without the story: Try the Valhalla DLC.

Again, there are plenty of options, you just refuse.

Saying RE Remake is the only good third-person shooter just shows how much of a casual you really are.

I played GEARS, RE4, Alan wake and many other third person games.

RE4-R is best TPS in long while. since Max Payne 1. while Alan wake 1 was also excellent sadly ruined AW2.

between Max payne and RE4-R there's plenty off good TPS release but either most of them are average or just bad.

RE4-R save it.

Gears popularize cover mechanic and this ruined TPS shooters forever.

Re4 influenced Dead Space and in turn Dead Space influenced RE 4 remake.

Looks interesting. I loved the 1st Perfect Dark. I wonder how far away it is from being released.

My guess would be holiday 2025.

Doom looks way more further along so I'm putting that at Q1-Q2 2025

I like that on PC I can play anything:

I can play behind my monitor, the telly, play with KB/M, play with a dualssense, an Xbox controller. Heck I sometimes even use a Stadia or Nintendo controller (I'm crazy, I know).

You can buy games cheap and never have to pay for subscriptions (they add up).

Console gaming is fine, but if you dump it and go for PC gaming, you'll never look behind.
