He is spamming the same exact lies as Tim Pool or Jesse Waters lol, his central claim in that Op-Ed was already fact checked as false by the Jury. He refuted absolutely nothing and provided no data to show he did. In that Op-Ed Alan Dershowitz stated we do not know what the crime was. This is fake as per the Jury and Evidence and court record. He is lying. We know what the crimes were (to make the falsifications a felony) as per the Jury's deliberation.

Response: Trump was charged in a 15-page indictment, handed up by a grand jury, with 34 counts of violating New York Penal Law 175-10 in the first degree, which is a felony. A violation in the first degree occurs when a person falsifies business records with an intent to defraud that includes an intent to commit, aid, or conceal another crime. In addition to the indictment, the Manhattan District Attorney filed a 13-page statement of facts detailing the allegations.
Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, which is a felony in New York.

This is a Fox News Op-Ed. This is his opinion and he is frequently wrong on his Fox News Op-Eds. A court of law would never use such a clip as evidence to appeal this case.
I need actual proof and evidence. Such as documents, emails, witness testimony, texts, etc. showing what specific piece of evidence used by the Jury was false. Also show me the legal code that these specific crimes do not apply to the statute used by the Prosecution and why they do not apply, with valid citation. Not Op-Eds. Alan Dershowitz did not do any of this. He gave his opinion. He did not show proof of this case being rigged.
