Hellblade 2 Score prediction time

It is the same game from the last one so whatever is score previously. 🤷‍♂️

The last game was an 81MC. I’ll give it a slight bump to 85. GS will give it the standard 8 lol.

I don't know why people are hyping this so much lol. I'm not saying that from a cynical stance, it's just...did you guys not play the first game? It was a very experimental, artistic, innovative, but ultimately very limited from a gameplay-perspective game.

It was a neat exercise in a video game as art, and was done as an experiment without the intent to be profitable. The fact it was so profitable as to spawn a sequel is a surprise, so really this is just a bonus as far as I am concerned.

If it's good? Great!

If it's bad? Doubtful it will be, but oh well. Moving on.

I'm guessing it will be pretty damn good though, maybe a 7-8 (75) scoring game.

If you mean it'll have DLSS and HDR: for sure.

But the engine powering these two games is way different :)

As for the score: I get that some people don't like walking sims or the theme of this game or how it is executed: but none of that should really affect a score.

1. It's a movie game

2. It's short (and reviewers love short games)

3. Graphics, because that's all that matters apparently.

I very much respected the mental health aspects of the first game and for that reason alone I will support this game.
