Play this game no longer than 20 min at a time

Zombie shooter is one of those games that you can kill time with during 20 min work breaks. If you play longer than that it gets increasingly boring because you do the same thing over and over and over, which is just killing LOTS of zombies that keep coming and coming and coming... Probably one needs to create two separate categories for rating of games that do have a game play and those that don't. ZS doesn't. Anyway, if we stay within any 20 min of the game, then it is truly great (again, if you like pure killing of zombies). Gore is fantastic, bullets go through zombies in a very juicy way, blood is everywhere, all bodies and blood stay during the whole level which creates an atmosphere of extreme and enjoyable blood bath. Upgrading system is good, weapons are good, as well as sound effects. Graphics are a bit too low res, and everything is too small and sometimes hard to see what is going on, but still environments are very colorful and detailed. Level design could be better though. Music is good. Character movements could be better controlled, you can get stuck often and character also seems to point not in the right direction while shooting (and this is not related to "accuracy skill"), as well as AI of the zombies could be better (oh, they do not have any "I", right). I think that ZS is superior to a similar game Alien Shooter, although they are almost the same in their core. The bottom line is that if you want some mindless gory repetitive zombie isometric shooting for about 20 min, ZS is great for that, but if you want a real PC game with some game play and story, look elsewhere.
