Not really what I was expecting. The cover shows a ship, but it isn't really a space ship shooting game...
I downloaded it for 800points and was expecting a space ship shooter, maybe one of these space ships shooters that uses the right joystick as the 360 firing mechanism, i.e geometry wars, etc.
I did the tutorial and realized that Zeit2 was not what I was expecting. The one unique thing about the game is the ability to fast forward and rewind time. Rewind is the only one you really use a lot. There are barely any power-ups and you fire using the A button, which is kind of awkward. I hate games where you have to press A as fast as you can, especially when you might need to use the triggers, etc.
The basic point of the game is to fight thru levels and shoot enemy ships (there aren't too many different ships either by the way) before they pass by you, in which case they drain some health from you. You also slowly get your health drained every laser shot you fire.
One aspect of Zeit that is kind of fun are the boss fights. They are slightly interesting. One other final thing is that there are six (i think) different modes in which you can play, basically the same game. Modes like arcade,waves,etc.
All in all I was very disappointed and would not recommend it. If you do want to play it I would suggest downloading the trial game first.
