A good RTS game for the DS, but still leaves a bit to be desired...

YS strategy is a good RTS game for the DS and shows the potential for the genre on the handheld. Borrowing heavily from AOE, YS Strategy allows you to choose from several different races each with their own strengths and weaknesses to do battle with the enemy.
There are two ways to achieve victory in this game, firstly you can do away with the enemy's villagers/home or there is the option to build a "Wonder" knock off called an Emelias tower which grants victory in time.

YS is a solid game with a good multi-player, an average scenario option and a hell of a lot of text but is lacking polish, the game could have benefited heavily from 1-4 player MP/SP, a map editor and more refined controls.

Overall if you are looking for a RTS game for your DS, this game will tie you over until (hopefully) the true potential for the genre is realised, YS is a good game but nothing too special.
