I've always loved Yoshi's Story. And even now, on the Wii, I still do.

I don't really know what to say. Nintendo just made a great game here. I don't care what gamespot thinks. (Lately, especially around Kirby, I've been angry.) But Yoshi's Story was my 2nd favorite game for the 64. Obviously, my favorite is SSB. But still, Yoshi's Story isn't much different on the Wii. Now, listen to what I have to say!

The Bad: Story mode way too short, purple yoshi almost impossible, few bosses, I hate W2!

The Good: Amazing graphics and sound, happy Yoshi's back, not one of those frustrating games and not a baby game, many different color Yoshi's with different likes/dislikes, many different enemies, ya gotta love the singing yoshis, good enough to be remade on the VC.

I'll start with the bad. The story mode isn't that long. You can only do 6 worlds, and 6 levels. There are 24 levels in the game! No one I know has/ can get Purple Yoshi. WHY? It's friggin hard! I was mostly dissapointed in the leack of bosses. And the W2 thing... I could never beat it. I had someone else do it 4 me.

Now the good. :) The graphics are amazing for the N64, and the sound is better than some games today! Yoshi's back, thats always good. It's not a game where you bite the remote (I've done that), but not a 2 year old-can beat-it-in-a-day. The main reason is the amount of unlockable Yoshis, levels, and bosses (still very few). The 8/9 Yoshis are very unique, and you only start with 6. You can get black Yoshi in W2 >:( and White Yoshi in W3. Purple Yoshi you need all the coins in the game. The rest are Blue, Pink, Light Blue, Green, Red, and Orange. Lots of enemies, although easy, still. Many parts can surprise ya- be careful.

It's good enough to be remade on the VC. The game is real easy, but the levels are just so great and fun. I've always loved Yoshi's Story. And even now, on the Wii, I' still do.

Gamespot said I give it a 9.5/10. But I give it a 9.9/10.

Happy End
