Improves upon everything from 3. This is what I wanted 3 to be and it succeeds. The pacing, stories, characters are all very well done. Combat feels clunky at first but when you level up and gain new moves it gets as deep and fun as a fighting game. The game really benefits from the 4 characters from the variety of their fighting moves, the introduction of new characters, memborale scenes (Akiyama's first revelation, Saejima's ramen shop scene). The demo in my opinion was a very bad representation of the game, there's alot more to the game that the demo shows. If yours still on the fence about the game just go buy it now, There's so much to do in the game its overloaded with content its staggering . The sub stories in this game are so much more fulfilling and more importantly fun. Theres even new minigames like hostess maker (cut from NA release of 3), Fighter maker, Mahjong, but the game Answer x Answer is still cut, but its not noticeable; no average American player wouldn't be able to answer the questions.
