I recovered a bit of my lost faith in console games. Now I see that big turn-based productions are also being made, and XCOM is a good example. It reminds me of the good old times playing some similar PC classics. There is no rush in the gameplay, take your time, think your next move, and prepare to say good bye to any of your soldiers. The game has no mercy in a difficulty "Classic" or higher, and mistakes are punished harshly.
It has some defects here and there, and many things that could be better. But overall, I fully enjoyed this game.
