Not as big as the Xbox360 version but a cracking attempt at porting it to the Wii

What? No more Smackdown Vs. Raw? That's right, THQ and Yuke's have moved on since then and want to create a new WWE experience, WWE'12.
Now at the time of writing this review WWE'13 is already out and yes I will review that soon so when I say a bad thing about this game and it get's fixed in the sequel I will let you know. When you start out you play three story modes, Villain, Outsider and Hero. If you have completed a certain amount of the game you can access these stories in any order you want which was a good thing. In the Villain story you are Sheamus and you are desperate to win every belt in the WWE, not just the WWE title. Along the way you join forces with Wade Barrett, Drew Mclnintyre and William Regal. At first they are your allies but soon they become your main rivals. I think the Villan story is the most fun story because the missions you do are very well made and fit in well with a Villain type. In the Outsider story you are Triple H (HHH) and you want to regain your title as the king of kings by defeating every one in your path of destruction. You aren't friends with anyone, mainly because they always turn against you or they don't like you from the start. I really enjoyed this story because the missions kept me on edge and made me wonder what was going to happen next. In the Hero story you want to stop the reign of WCW taking over WWE by spray painting the belts, assaulting the WWE wrestlers and causing havoc. There is a slight twist to this story though, you create the hero of the story. It might sound good but you can't change his name and his moves are incredibly weak. This story is pretty boring at best and while it does show glimmers of fun, it's not enough to fully enjoy. The roster of characters is just amazing. There are so many wrestlers to choose from like Rey Mysterio and Kofi Kingston and some old ones like Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vader. Creating wrestlers, moves and other things are very easy to do, the developers really took some time with this and made a decent creation mode. I only had 2 major problems with the game. 1. The graphics are bland and boring to look at and 2. The controls are confusing and a real headache if you're new to the series. Negatives aside, this is a decent attempt at porting WWE'12 to the Wii and is definitely worth a buy.
