Remember to blink! The fastest game you'll ever play!
If you're new to the series, or just picked up the downloadable Wipeout HD on PSN, then you'd be missing out BIG TIME on not getting the Fury expansion pack.
Your $9.99 is well spent...You had two new game modes and the chance to play through a whole new single player campaign (with medals)...Destructor is a cool new mode, based on the old Zone battles (did someone's computer say: 'Sub-venom'?) except you have to shoot little mines and bombs in a Space Invaders stylie.
Then there's another Zone Battle type mode where you have to warp to new zones by running over boost pads and creating portals, which turn into barriers to stop other ships....
Then there's multiplayer! But all this really doesn't matter compared to Wipeouts main strengths.EYE POPPING GRAPHICS and AMAZING TUNES.
You feel cool as hell playing this game basicallly....Mastering all the tracks with golds on Elite difficulty will take you a while, getting over your lifelong Wipeout addiction as a result, will take much longer.
