Poor Support System

I bought the game and had issues with NCSoft, got that straightened out and come to find out, the game was the European Version, not for USA. I tried to get ahold of Wildstar and their support system puts you in a loop making it extremely difficult to submit a ticket. At this time I don't know whether the EU version can be converted to US, but I do intend to take the game back to Gamestop to see what they say. I would love to be able to write a review on the game itself, but as you can read, not feasible at this time.
