If it didn't come with a free Wii remote, this game would be outright terrible

User Rating: 6.5 | Hajimete no Wii (w/Remote) WII
I'll admit that Wii Play is a good deal. The game was $50 and came with a free Wii remote, and that is what made me purchase the game. But the minigames inside the game seem short, uninspired and lackluster.

GAMEPLAY: 6.0/10
Almost all of these games seem very cheap and poorly put together. Games such as Wii Pose, Find Mii and Laser Hockey seem like they didn't take any time at all to put together. None of these games are really all that fun, no matter how many times you play them--- with the exception of the tanks minigame.

GRAPHICS: 6.5/10
The graphics would be higher if the fishing game didn't look like cardboard. Everything else is just average.

SOUNDS: 7.0/10
The menu music is slightly less annoying than that of the original Wii Sports, but everything else is... average.

REPLAY VALUE: 6.0/10
This is where the game really struggles. Most games, except for a few, you will only play maybe once ever and then never play them again. There isn't a ranking system where you can become a pro, no special challenges, and no Wii Fitness type setting where you track your age.

OVERALL: 6.5/10
The game itself is terrible, with boring minigames that you will hardly ever play. But yet, I still recommend it as a purchase. Why? Because it is a great deal. You can probably find the game for $30 at Wal-Mart with a free Wii remote inside.
