A fitting sequel for fans and a great introduction for new players.

The Katamari series is a peculiar one at best. Your goal is to roll a ball to crate a star. How does that work? Well, the "katamari" can pick up anything smaller than it. So you will barrel down the streets, picking up cats and pizzas until you can build your way up to people and even continents! And after all that, the King of all Cosmos will casually toss the ball into the sky and make a star. Whoever thought of this idea is insane. But onto buisness:

Gameplay:
The same quality rolling you expected is back! Usually you would want newer gameplay in a new game, but the katamari series is good just the way it is. Think of the old Sonic games; they didn't change the gameplay once, yet they're all classics. The only problem here is that the multiplayer battles are pretty terrible. Co-op is okay albeit frusterating, especially if paired with somebody who isn't good.

Graphics:
Katamari has style, that's for sure. The graphics are blocky, but they're meant to be that way. They look good, but are nothing special from a technical standpoint.

Sound:
A disappointment. The music is standable, but pales in comparison to Katamari Damacy's. The sound effect, however, are just as hilarious as usual, with screaming people and sumo noises abound.

Value:
Replay value galore! Unlocking everything will take you FOREVER. Every single object, piece of scenery, person in the game must be rolled up. IT'S CRAZY. You get into it, and you can play for monthes.

Summary:
The game is good, and it's at discount price. Put two and two together.
