The same great fun from the first Katamari, but it feels shorter and more confusing.

We Love Katamari is just about the same as Katamari Damacy, only that my impression is that it’s shorter, and the main letdown is the confusing stage selection system. At first I got it, but after a while the cleared stages became marked as not cleared, but if I selected any of them I could see my previous score… I played one of this stages again to see what happened, and guess what: nothing happened. It was just as if I selected that stage again because of my own idea. So some of the stages will appear as not done, and if you do them again, you gain nothing. WTF

Graphics
The same lego looks, and great colouring. Good.

Sound
Same good/average sound effects. The music is a little boring for my tastes, so I had to mute it and hear to my own music. Not much of a problem, though, to do that you know.

Gameplay
The same great gameplay from Katamari Damacy. I didn’t get bored because of this, but it was not as fun as playing Katamari Damacy, when this gameplay was fresh and new.

Replay value
The game is short, and the level selecting system is so confusing that I don’t want to play again. Man it’s so strange that I’m not even sure if I finished it!

Tilt
A good game, but it’s just the exact same thing than in the previous Katamari. If you’ve played Katamari Damacy and are considering to buy this one, first see if you’re interested in other game. If you are deciding between Katamari Damacy and We Love Katamari, I recommend Katamari Damacy better, it’s a lot easier to get what stage you should go for when selecting stages.
