This is game was one of the first games we purchased with my ps3. I had done my research and it seemed like a good investment, and it was. This is game is extremely fun and entertaining, although a little hard at times. I originally was looking for a game to replace Battlefront 2 which I enjoyed greatly on the ps2. It is similar in style and has an even bigger feel. The maps are huge and it feels more like a war then just a battle. Teamwork is crucial and there is never a dull moment. If huge maps aren't your thing, then you may choose smaller maps cut from the larger ones. This game has all the basic game modes you'd expect form a third person shooter and caters to all types of gamers. You can fight on foot, jeep, tank, or Warhawk. Weapons are available for every type of player form snipers, to knifes, to rocket launchers. It is hard not to find a spot on the battlefield for your particular field of expertise. The music is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. The graphics may look a little cartoony but the game is not a joke. You can get as hardcore as you like. I highly recommend this game, especially considering it's lower price now that it has been out for quite some time, and still going strong.
