Probably not for the typical Xbox 360 gamer.
Gameplay mainly consists of growing various pinata animals and improving your land so that you can support more of them. As you progress, you gain access to more stuff, more pinatas, etc. There is a balancing aspect to the game: some pinatas eat others, so you have to make decisions about what kind of ecology you want to create. It's an interesting concept and the execution is done fairly well. But if colorful, cute pinatas don't really enthrall you, then you probably won't derive a lot of enjoyment from growing and cultivating different species of the things. That's the boat I was in.
Graphics are quite distinctive and I can't complain about them, but overall I wouldn't recommend this game to someone with similar tastes to mine. It definitely does not transcend its genre and won't bring you in if you don't like this type of game already.
