Not the arcade feeling you were hoping for.
The TurboGrafx 16 version is nearly identical to the arcade version, except that the sound quality has been severely compromised (your character yelps sound very scratchy in contrast to the arcade) and the graphics look like it was cut-and-paste from other games. You can use the Wii remote as a control, but there were some cross-wired responses, such as when pushing the up button, not only did I jump, but I attacked as well (not what I wanted), but the Classic Controller works best. The continues are limited so it gives you a better incentive, in my opinion, to improve your game without dying very soon. All in all, the game is not TOO bad, but I can see why Gamespot and some other reviewers gave this game a very low score. This game really isn't for everyone, except for those who are nostalgic (like myself) for those type of games. Unfortunately you won't get that "arcade-feeling" that you were hoping for either (at least that's how I felt).
