Top 5 Skyrim Mods of the Week - Give Me Money For No Reason

If anyone else was having trouble with ENB mods like I was, I got around it by using a mod manager called ModDrop.

I had a horrible feeling the instant I heard "bad news"...and I was right. Pull a Clarkson/Wilman and take the show elsewhere. We would all follow.

At least we had a bit more warning than with Top Gear.

Skyrim will never be the same...

The Dark Plates Helm reminds me of the Black Knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail...but Kevin's arms aren't prone to being chopped off...right?

W@T@F is going on gamespot.... Cam and Seb it has seem like they where building up the show to be something more for the past few months with adding in the new fan content and the live show.... so of course the higher ups have to come down and take a big Sh@t on the show..... I would like to say that it really is the host of the show that made me watch it... i am not sure why I have played skyrim but it is far from my favorite title but I liked seeing the cool things people created and their banter was awesome... No one else would have ended the episodes every day with exploding chickens ... nuff said.

Cam and Seb, I've been watching this show since you two took over and NEVER missed an episode! It saddens me to know that this show won't ever be the same without you guys.. I'm sure you'll get the question "where you guys going?!" And "why are you leaving gamespot?!" So I won't ask, for I'm sure ill find out on the last episode :::sigh::: Thank you guys for the laughs, the mods Kevin and cow. Good luck to you two and hope to see you guys somewhere together again in the future... Thanks for everything you've done!

Well, I`ll be just like Cam said on his latest Reality Check. Why do we feel sad when we lost our greatest hosts? Or when our greatest show ends?

Yea I thought the whole pay for mods thing was going to ruin skyrim mods... nope they are just going to do that them selves....

Funny. Ever since the dynamic duo (Cam and Seb) took over I never missed an episode. And ever since late 2013 I'd looked forward to the day I would finish my mod, so these two could review it. Unfortunately I have begun to realize that will no longer be a possibility, and that realization has shaken my modding experience immensely. Regardless I would like to express my appreciation of the show. Thanks for the laughs, the reviews, the Kevin, and the overall good times I came to expect every episode. I'm sure I speak for all of your fans when I say we will support you two wherever your adventures take you next.

Well this is really sad news! I've been watching this show for a while now and I don't even play Skyrim. I watch this show because of Cam and Seb's funny banter and of course because of the silly mods they play with.

I want to wish you both good luck to whatever comes next!

Watched Reality Check and thought only Cam leaves. Then decided to see Top 5 Mods and looks like Cam and Seb leaves. This is pretty sad news, since you guys really made lot of days for me when I was not in the best mood or something.

Now... At least one more episode left, and I'm really looking forward. Too bad I live in different country and wasnt able to go for your live event. Somehow I have a feeling that next episode will be the last time I will ever be able to see you guys.

Funny thing here.

I´v been watching the show from the start and been jealous of all the fun mods can do, since i'v always played Skyrim on Xbox.
Now, just last week I bought myself one hell of a gaming computer, main reason was Witcher wild hunt, but secondly to mod the living crap out of Skyrim.

The last few days I'v been looking through your old videos to find mods that I could add to the collection, but I just got stuck watching you guys and forgetting about the mods themselfs.

It's been an awesome adventure following you and Kevin each week!
I think my all time favorit episode is the one with the Nicolas Cage-mask!

Anyway, I hope to see more of you guys in the future.

I registered on GameSpot just to leave my first and probably the last comment

I have been watching your show from the start ( long after i finished skyrim ). It was never about the mods for me - i came here , to this site each week after a hard day of work only for one purpose - to watch my two favourite hosts and let them brighten up my day with their spectacular humor.

Unfortunetly - today is a sad day. In my heart i was hoping you guys will stay with us for a long time, i was hopping to see the next TES mod show ran by you.

I really don't care about this show without you - no one can replace your legendary chemistry of bromance. And i also think that today, somewhere deep inside the pitch black abyss of kevin's soul - you coudl hear an incredibly quiet sound... the sound of one tiny crack in his stone cold heart...

I will miss you guys - and i will always be hoping you will return one day.

Thank you for all the laughs you gave me and for all the fun time.

I wish you the very best on your new paths in life.

I... really have no words. I'm really heartbroken, already shedding few tears. This was the only show of this type I ever watched, and the main reason was you two. I even got an account on Gamespot just to be able to comment on your videos. Now more than ever I regret not making it to the live event. This show won't be the same without you.

However I also have to give you a huge thank you for all the hours of making me laugh, for each time you improved my mood.I owe you a lot in that aspect. Hopefully you'll be doing a different show in the future, because I don't think I could survive without you two in my life.

Since the show always had a tradition to use explosive chicken to blow up something at the end. Maybe it is time to upgrade it to this mod: << LINK REMOVED >> for the grand final of the show. (I had never try it myself, but this mod supposed to enable every animal and Nazzem to explode)

I'd love to see the Skyrim versions of Cam & Seb, if Kevin will allow them to grace his world... then perhaps one final game breaking chicken explosion to send them off to who knows where, but not Kevin of course, no measly chicken army explosion could take him down.

I echo a lot of the sentiments already expressed here: Yours is the ONLY video cast I watch every week. Of course, you know how these things go: The viewer gets the "illusion" of having a fond friendship with the hosts, even though you've never met us. So, I guarantee you I'll shed a tear next week. All good things must come to an end...blah-blah-blah. It still sucks!

I'll give the new hosts, if the show indeed actually DOES return, a shot... but it still won't be the same. Cam and Seb, your goof-ball relationship (with each other and with us) made bad mods look better than they should have...and made good mods look hilariously spectacular! Without you (and Kevin), the show's just a lame tutorial.

Hey Cam and Seb. Heartbroken by the news. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making every Thursday evening one to look forward to! You've delivered so many laughs over the years, and have simply made my life so much better! In fact, I established a kind of Thursday routine when I started watching this show (soon after you guys took the helm), where I would always have pizza while watching it! It might sound ridiculous but it's true! Sometimes I would leave the pizza until I was able to watch the show! Anyway, thanks again for so many fond memories, and I respectfully wish you good luck with whatever you have planned. It's thanks to people like you that make the gaming community so wonderful. I really can't thank you enough and you will be sorely missed. Pizza will never be the same without you guys!

Sorry to hear you both are moving on. It's the opposite of my expectation that Skyrim Mods Of The Week would go away (being 3-1/2 years old) and we'd continue to get Cam and Seb content. Best wishes to you both.

This is seriously a really sad thing. I started coming to gamespot.com for you two. I watch Cams show, and I love the pairing of comedy you two bring to the table. I even started getting more into gaming because of Cam and Seb. I've seen every episode of this show and I know that no other hosts can bring the same atmosphere to Smods. I even started planning on a future somewhere in games media, maybe even trying to join the GameSpot team because of the enjoyment i got from Smods, GTA diaries (with Cam and Seb), reality check, and the awesome personality you guys have. Obviously I hope the best, and I am looking forward to a grand farewell however painful and sad it will be. Good luck, and thank you for the amazing shows, commentary, and fan interaction you guys provide to your following.

Awww... this is indeed sad news. I can't wait to hear what's next for you. I love your hosting style. You two have a great interplay. If you produce more online gaming content I look forward to seeing it.

Am really sad that Cam and Seb are leaving Gamespot. Save for Danny O'Dwyer, they were the last remnants of the "old guard" that was around when I started regularly watching Gamespot videos back when Start Select was a thing.

I really hope that Cam and Seb are leaving of their own volition and aren't being forced out. It would be a sad indictment on Gamespot if their talents weren't properly valued within the organisation.

For the final episode, I hope there's some impromptu random pop-music smods-based parody. I'm sure we all remember Cam's work with Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart". Some of us may even do it fondly.
