The Hibana's Elite will be available in game March 6. The set unlocks the Onkochishin uniform, victory animation, gadget skin for her X-Kairos and weapon skin for the Type-89, SUPERNOVA, P229, and BEARING 9 as well as the Elite Hibana Chibi charm.
