Lightning Strikes in our Exclusive Path of Exile Build of the Week

This week's build uses a high crit-rate Ice Spear to generate Power Charges that are used for a devastating Lightning Tendrils attack. Herald of Thunder is used to cull and blind nearby enemies. This build demonstrates several recently released skills.
