Red Dead Redemption 2 has an interesting feature where Arthur Morgan needs to take care of himself to maintain his appearance. If he forgets to bathe, for example, he'll grow dirtier and stinkier with every passing day. NPCs will take notice of Arthur's deteriorating appearance too, and comment on it if things get out of control.
Intrigued by the mechanics tied to this feature, video producers Rob Handlery and Jake Dekker have decided to start a new Red Dead Redemption 2 series called Dirty Arty. In the video above, you can watch part one. Rob and Jake start a new game in RDR2 and see just how far they can get without Arthur bathing, getting his hair cut, or losing weight. Join them on their quest across the Wild West with the smelliest, hairiest, fattest cowboy to have ever lived. It's going to be a disgustingly good time.

Some frustrating systems and a predictable mission structure end up serving that story well, though it does take patience to get through them and understand why."
