You almost have a better job of seeing God that getting a response or any kind of appreciation from that woman. It's her loss. All the great friends who would love her to death just as she is and she ignores them and takes them all for granted.

She better love her followers and her groupies. Her future as public figure giving presentations with video game footage depends on having followers watching her shows, now and in the future. A speaker is NOTHING without an audience. If no one watched her shows, she would have no job. I would take people for granted if I were her, or else I might have to work a real job (Jess, I wouldn't say it if I didn't have your best interest at heart).

In five years, Jess might be off to bigger and better things and all the time you spent here will have been for naught unless Jess decides to prove me wrong. Or maybe in five years, all or most of Jess' followers will have abandoned her.

What a great job many of these host have. Play video games, record it to a show and get paid. And all the video game addicts tune in and reinforce their addiction.

Try 'The Daily Fix' on IGN for six weeks. You might like it. Naomi might grow on you. She's Canadian, from French Canada, but lives and works in the US. It might help you break your addiction to Jess. To break one habit, you need to substitute it with something else. We all can read the news for ourselves and do our own research. No one is dependent on watching a three minute show for video game news.

I only have breezed through the comments section for the past couple days for nostalgia. I see a many of the former regulars are gone--they must have gotten tired of their contributions being ignored and taken for granted.

I haven't watched any shows since December--I click pause when the video starts to run--except the Lucy's 'Sad Goodbyes' In Two Minutes show a couple days ago.

Yes, I experienced a lot of pain in my life and I'm experiencing more of it--lots of pain and suffering. Hopefully things will get better in a few days. Plus I'm studying many more IT skills to my bag of tricks. IT (information technology) is almost unlimited in the amount of skills there are to learn along with new technologies. In another life, I would be a Psychologist, Social Worker, or work in Marketing and have a couple of PhDs under my belt.

I'm sorry to here about homelessgamer. SSRI's are primarily for treating depression, but I think they can also be helpful reducing compulsions and bonding (as in reducing your bond to Jess).
