It's The Last Day Of Overwatch's Year Of The Rooster Event

Today, February 13, is the final day of Overwatch's latest seasonal event, Year of the Rooster.

This means that now is your last chance to unlock some of the new Lunar Loot Boxes. They can be earned or purchased like standard Loot Boxes and are guaranteed to include at least one of the new set of items, including skins, icons, sprays, emotes, highlight intros, victory poses, and more. A new Capture the Flag-style mode called Capture the Rooster came to Overwatch with the Year of the Rooster event. If you're enjoying this, you may be happy to learn that it's going to live on after the seasonal event draws to a close.

In other Overwatch news, game director Jeff Kaplan spoke out about mouse-and-keyboard controllers on console--Xbox boss Phil Spencer quickly responded.

No future Overwatch seasonal events have been announced. But given how popular they've been and the game overall, we'd be very surprised Year of the Rooster is the last one.
