Fortnite's Diplo & Major Lazer Live Concert (Full Gameplay)

Fresh off the success of the psychedelic Travis Scott performance in Fortnite, we have our next live concert already. Check out this video to see a Major Lazer set performed by Diplo at the new Party Royale island on the main stage.

Hot on the heels of the Travis Scott concert, Epic Games' massively popular free-to-play title, Fortnite, is hosting more musical guests. This time it's Diplo, who appeared in the game's newly launched social space, the Party Royale mode.

This wasn't as intricate and exciting as the Travis Scott gig, which was elaborate and pretty awe-inspiring. Instead, we got just a video feed of the act projected in the in-game world. Nevertheless, at a time when people are socially distancing and going to concerts to listen to live music is pretty much impossible, this will no doubt scratch an itch for some.

Fortnite's Party Royale mode is an interesting new addition to the game. Epic has called it a place for the studio to experiment, so you can expect to get a lot of non-traditional Fortnite experiences there.

"Welcome to Party Royale, a new experimental and evolving space," Epic said previously. "All chill, no sweat. Leave your weapons and mats behind and hang out with friends, play games, perfect your skydive, and more. The party's just getting started."

We'd wager there's going to be more musical acts showing up in Party Royale in the future. Along with the virtual performances, there's also a bunch of Major Lazer themed skins available as part of a pack that'll run you around $24.
