Final Fantasy X HD Graphics Comparison (PS3)

Not really much better but my PS2 broke so SE still gets my money because I want to play this game again.

Dissapointed with the quality of the remastering..

1) Hair still disappears into clothing

2) still pixels around the edges..

3) IF this is what FF7 remake is going to look like... DONT EVEN BOTHER SQUARE ENIX

Oh good, they updated the graphics. Now if they would overhaul the battle system, add a physically traversible overworld map and make the sequel disappear, I might care.

I have no sound on, but I'm whistling the Zanarkand theme anyways. I'll be, or my brother will be getting this game, and that's cool, but does anyone else feel like this would have benefited by coming out way earlier?

I said it before and I'll say it again... WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS??? As much as I love this game and love that it gets some attention again there is absolutely no point in re-releasing something that is exactly the same and even worse to hold back the release of it but for no good reason other than to ride the marketing wave of the next offline final fantasy. WHAT ARE WE WAITING MONTHS FOR TO PLAY THIS?? If you are gonna hold back then stop being lazy and add something, anything extra ffs!!! lazy lazy lazy easy cash cow. exactly the kind of stuff that just confirms how uncreative and shit Squenix has become.

Auron is the best character in the game.

I feel as if Nintendo has spoiled us for re releases. Ocarina of Time 3D, Star Fox 64 3D, Wind Waker HD. If you're going to just re release a game and call it the HD version do something other then make it run in 1080p.

It's funny how I remember the game looking as it does on the left haha. I wonder how improved X-2 will look, at some points it looked worse than X did. Also is this a Japan only release? Are we 'muricans getting this? 'murica.

Can not see myself dodge 100 lightening and chocoboo riding mini game again. So tedious.

The incentive of receiving the nostalgia from replaying the game is very enticing for me to throw out some cash to get this game, but I say no to the nostalgia. I'm going to leave this in my memory bin and try not the ruin all the amazing memories that I had with the game.

I remember the graphics in X back on the PS2 were amazing, and while this HD upgrade is better than the PS2 graphics obviously, the graphics are obviously PS2 graphics redone. After years of adjusting to better and better graphics, it's hard to go back to looking at these. And it's really important because when looking at their faces it's hard to see any emotion in it, yet I remember vividly when I was playing the game years ago, I could see every single emotion there--it's just I've grown use to better animations and what not.

I was definitely considering getting this, but I recently got the Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Remix and I felt that getting it kind of ruined my old memories with the game. Which is sad because X is the last amazing FF game to come out.

Sometime I forget how great looking older games are. Time and attention to detail are really everything.

Very cool!! But if they want me to buy this game/games again they should have done a complete overhaul of the graphics, not just a slight touch up of the graphics. What they should do with FF7. These improvements are very minimal at best for what these great games did for their franchise.

So the HD upgrade made Yuna's eyes change from blue to green? Either way, still going to get this on launch day.
