As if Fatalities weren't ridiculous enough, Mortal Kombat 11 features Fatal Blows that are just as ridiculously gruesome. Fatal Blows aren't just for show, though--you can pull this off with every character when you're down to 30% health or less and press both triggers simultaneously. They do a significant amount of damage to your opponent, but be sure not to waste it as it can be blocked or dodged.Fatal Blows work as a comeback mechanic, which is common in fighting games, to help keep fights close. However, you're only allowed to land one per match, so you'll want to consider if it's worth using in the first round if you find yourself reeling. When you land it, the match will transition to a brutal cinematic sequence that lasts a few seconds before getting you back into the fight. Each character's Fatal Blow is unique and absurdly gory; it makes you wonder how anyone still stands after one of them, but that's Mortal Kombat! And you can see everyone of them from the game's 25 characters in the video above. For more, check out compilation of every Fatality or our Krypt guide to figure out how to unlock more content.
