Borderlands 3 is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 13, but the PC version will be an Epic Games Store exclusive until April 2020. As a result of that announcement, some Steam users have begun review bombing the series. Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford has stepped in to address this, while Steam has started discounting reviews for the first time ever.
